30 DAYS RETURN POLICY 

At Grandeur Collection, we stand behind our products and services and promise to leave you completely satisfied!If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return unused products for a full refund in the original form of payment.There is no restocking fee and you will not be charged for original shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 10 business days.Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Only unused and unwashed items in the original packaging are eligible for the return. 

Grandeur Collection reserves the right to refuse the return and refund of goods shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.
